A nice place with good, interesting food with nice flavors, good service and a nice atmosphere. I ordered the MUSSELS FRA DIAVALO W/FRIES (Tomato, chillies, garlic, oregano -normally served with pork belly but I got it without). They were SUPER good. The spice level was just right and the radishes added a nice flavor to the dish. I also got a PICKLE PLATE- which included an assortment of pickled veggies- if you like pickled things, you’d like the pickle plate. My uncle ordered the SHORT RIB HUMMUS (Braised short ribs, pickled red onion, crispy shallots) and he said it was really good. We both enjoyed our meals, the atmosphere and the prompt service.

The short rib appetizer was really good. Very tender and tasty. We shared a bottle of Cabernet from Cali. My wife had the mushroom pasta and I had the duck. Both were amazing and we highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and get the short rib hummus. We practically licked the bowl clean and as I’m typing this, I’m wondering when I can get it again. My husband enjoyed the muscles while I had the veggie melt. Both were equally good. The chef brought our food to our table which was a lovely surprise. The service was excellent.

We tried the Smash burger today with the "duck sauce". The duck sauce is way better version of the Big Mac sauce, but without all the crap stuff. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the bun was sweater than expected. I honestly thought it was going to be a boring bun with sesame seeds. It was not, it was perfect. I just wish that this place was not 40 miles from my house because I would eat there at least once a week. It has a upscale feel without the upscale prices. My burger was only 17 bucks and it came with Kettle chips that were house made. Top notch service and the beer by Revolution was a perfect treat. Oh we have a jeep and love the little ducks too. You will see more of us for sure.

Amazing, picked this place kind of at random and man did we choose right. Our server was friendly and sweet, the restaurant was clean and comfortable and welcoming, service was excellent and the food even better. We tried the duck wings- amazing Steak frites- cooked perfectly and delicious Halibut - fantastic This will be a must for us if we are back in the area and it should be for you also.

We’ve eaten at the bar twice (duck liver mousse as well as the short rib hummus appetizer - 10 out of 10 and shareable). Last night, I made reservations because my parents were in town. We were celebrating their anniversary and my birthday as well as another milestone. We chose not to share our occasions with our server but were so excited to dine. The service was impeccable! This was on July 3rd and even then our drinks, starters, salads, and entrees came out quickly (not too quickly) and correctly. We ordered the bread with Boursin garlic spread, beet salad, lamb ragu, duck fried rice, and halibut. We all had a bite of each other’s entrees and I can’t decide which one was my favorite. If you’ve been to Paris, you’ll recognize that Duck Alley is on par for comparison in style, taste, and creativity in boutique dining. Dominic and the talented chef (owners) really have something here. Thanks for a memorable evening. We’re still talking about it. We had a cake for our dessert planned for later. My only regret is that we didn’t get to try the sweet offerings. Next time. This is my favorite Saugatuck spot. I’ve lived here since Feb 2024.

Started things with a hazy IPA and sipped on it during the meal. We got bread with housemade Boursin which was an incredibly garlicy cheese that we even got another one of them. The bread was also for the duck liver mousse that we got, it smooth and really enjoyed the pairings that accompanied it. The feta and olives were delicious, and for the next round we indulged in this INSANE Hot Crab and Lobster Dip. The seafood portion was generous, and the cheese was so melty, I have to say that was my favorite thing I tried that evening, no question. The short rib hummus was also good, I loved the earthy taste of the hummus. The duck wings we tried were good, but I thought the harissa sauce was too hot to enjoy the actual flavor of the wings. I would get them naked next time. But thankfully, the duck fried rice came in to save the day with the confit duck and you can really taste the fatty and salty duck, it was unreal. Do not sleep on the fried mushrooms, the quack sauce they have is really all that, another favorite of mine. The market vegetables were roasted nicely and light in comparison to everything else. For dessert, we had the sticky toffee pudding which was moist and sweet from multiple avenues of ingredients. Overall, my new go-to dinner spot in the area.
